APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
If you are interested in joining Harvest Network family as a church, please complete this online application along emailing us the following:

~ 1-2 page history of the church including when it was founded and by whom. Please include an overview of major events and leaders in the church’s history.

~ Letters of recommendation from two pastors (apart from the Harvest Network Regional Representative in your region)

~ A copy of the church’s by-laws and statement of faith.

If the Senior Pastor of the church applying for membership is not already a member of Harvest Network, we will require that a background check be conducted. Once the recommendation from the Regional Representative is received, your application will be reviewed by the Board of Elders. At that time it will be determined whether membership is approved and you will be officially notified of your application status. Please allow up to three months for processing.

I hereby authorize Harvest Network and/or its agents to make an independent investigation of our church's senior pastor background, references, character, past employment, education, criminal or police records, including those maintained by both public and private organizations and all public records for the purpose of confirming the information contained in my application and/or obtaining other information, which may be material to my qualifications as a member of Harvest Network International now, and if applicable, during the tenure of my membership with Harvest Network International. I release Harvest Network and/or its agent and any person or entity, which provides information pursuant to this authorization, from any and all liabilities, claims, or lawsuits in regards to the information obtained from any and all of the above referenced sources used.

2) LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION
