Dale Sisam serves as the Harvest Network Director. He serves as a ministry coach shepherding shepherds with Standing Stone Ministries. His passion is to encourage and equip ministry leaders and care for pastors and their spouses at risk of leaving the ministry prematurely. Dale holds an M.A. in Pastoral Ministry and has served on the board of several local and national non-profit organizations. Dale and his wife Sandy reside in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, have three adult children and enjoy being grandparents.

Tom Herbert serves as the lead pastor at Freedom Community Church in Shrewsbury, PA, and also serves as a board member of Harvest Network and the National Field Director. Tom has a passion to see the body of Christ equipped and mobilized to fulfill her purpose and destiny.  Tom and his wife Judy have four children and one grandchild and reside in York, PA. 

Kevin Brown has been ordained with HNI since 1994 and became a Board Member in 2014.  He serves as the lead pastor of Cornerstone, a multisite church in Americus, GA. Kevin embodies the vision he has for the church—a process he calls “S3” which stands for Seek, Serve and Share.  He encourages believers to focus their life around three transforming principles:  seeking God, serving others, and sharing the Good News. He and Stacy have been married for over 20 years and have four children, Zach, Jordan, Rachel, and Abby. 

Dennis serves as Lead Pastor of Souls Church, a life giving church north of the Twin Cities, MN! His heart is to lead others to connect with God through passionate worship and to see this generation understand and become engaged in God’s Word so their everyday lives are changed when connected to a life-giving local church. Dennis was ordained with Harvest Network in 2014 and continues to serve the network today on the Board of Elders. Aside from pastoring, Dennis serves as a certified police chaplain with the Isanti/Cambridge Police Department. Dennis loves kayaking, playing baseball/softball in the summer, drinking lots of Starbucks in the winter, shopping, good music, and date nights with his wife Dana of 15 years. They reside in the north Twin Cities Metro Area and have one daughter, Jasmine.

Judy serves on the administration side for Harvest Network as the communications coordinator. Judy and her husband Tom pastor Freedom Community Church in Shrewsbury, PA.  They have been married for over 30 years, have 4 kids and one grandchild.

Kellie loves working on our Member Services team and oversees the financials for Harvest Network. She also directs the children's ministry at "The River Church" in Delaware, Ohio. Kellie and her husband, Steve, have a 10 year old daughter, Reese, and an 8 year old son named Warren.   

Jeremy has served as the Associate and Youth Pastor at Church of the Good Shepherd, where he has been on staff since 2003. Jeremy is passionate about helping people grow in their faith and guiding the next generation to build a strong, personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Jeremy is blessed to share life with his wife, Elisha, and our two children, Cody and Josie. Their family also has two dogs, who are very much a part of the family. Outside of ministry, Jeremy  enjoys capturing wildlife through photography and staying
active by coaching cross country and track. Whether in the church, on the course,
or behind the camera, he loves connecting with people and encouraging others to
pursue their God-given purpose.

Kendra Diehl is a lover of God, an imperfect disciple of Jesus Christ, and a student of Scripture, leadership and culture. Her passion is to participate in the formation of godly leaders for Christ’s kingdom. For the past 17 years she served as Pastor and VP of Ministry Formation and Innovation at MI Seminary, and now serves as a consultant with  seminaries in Spiritual Formation ethos, curriculum and pedagogy. She has an MDiv from MI Seminary and a Doctorate from Fuller Seminary in Christian Leadership Development. Married since 1983, Kendra and her husband Rob live in Minneapolis and are crazy blessed to have 3 children who each found their perfect partners, and 3 grandsons who have stolen their hearts.  

Joseph and AnnMarie Faillace along with their seven beautiful children love Jesus and are grateful for all He has done.  They have a heart for the lost, enjoy worshipping God and long for Spiritual Renewal in the Northeast.  Joseph pastors a church plant called Salt and Light Community Church and is the Director/Founder of Tri-State Christian Missions bringing the churches together to share the gospel in the Tri-State NY/NJ/PA region. AnnMarie is a breast cancer survivor and loves helping people to enter into their God-given freedom receiving their new identity in Christ.  All of the family like to get outdoors to hike and make summer trips to the beach or spend time watching movies together. 

Tammy Melton has over 30 years experience working with people as a teacher, minister, and counselor. She transferred her ordination to HNI in 2014. In 2003, Tammy started Legacy Ministries in Peachtree City, GA and opened a counseling and training center with a desire to see people in the Body of Christ be set free from hindrances that keep them from fulfilling God's call on their lives. She received her Master Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2014. After authoring two books, Loving God with all Five Senses and  Refining Relationships, she was led of the Lord to start Legacy Freedom, LLC for her speaking and writing in order to promote true freedom from inner wounds and dysfunctional relationships that only Jesus Christ can bring! Tammy has been happily married to Bill Melton for 36 years, and they have two adult daughters, Amy and Amber.
